Currently, we only ship to orders placed in the
United States and Canada. If you are residing outside of the United
States and Canada, please call our customer service department at 1+
(415) 392 - 3928 to place a special order. We are planning to ship
internationally in the future.
When to expect your merchandises
Deliveries are made on business days(Monday through Friday excluding
holidays).
Following credit card authorization, orders will normally arrive
within 3 to 10 days depending on shipping method used. Standard
delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S.
territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. We
currently only offer UPS shipping.
Returns
Merchandise purchased at our online store may be returned within 14
days as long as the item(s) returned is(are) in the original, unused
condition. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice
and all merchandise tags must be attached.
Please be aware that postage on returns is your responsibility.
Butterfly's Gift Shop does not reimburse for shipping and handling
on returns.
